Lake Geneva Police Arrest Man for Charges Including Threat to Law Enforcement

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on October 12 at about 7 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Peller Rd. for a disorderly conduct complaint. Officers made contact with the suspect, who provided a false name. Officers took a 39 year old man, Julius V. Lacey, into custody and charges have been referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office for disorderly conduct, threat to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting/obstructing an officer, and two warrants from other agencies. Lacey was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail on these charges.
