Lake Geneva Police Arrest Illinois Man for Theft

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on October 16 at about 8:30 p.m., an officer on patrol was flagged down by a subject in the 200 block of Wrigley Dr. for an unknown issue. Officers had had previous contact with this subject earlier in the night and found that he was in possession of items that he did not previously have earlier in the evening. Officers took 37 year old Gilberts, Illinois resident, Grzegorz Bator, into custody and have referred three charges of theft and one charge of entry into a locked vehicle up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office. Bator was subsequently confined in the Walworth County Jail on these charges.
