Lake Geneva Man Facing Charges Including Vehicle Operator Fleeing or Eluding an Officer

Lake Geneva resident 34 year old Mario O. Morales is facing charges including vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on July 29. The case was officially filed last week. On August 1 a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol and he cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. He also cannot operate a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. Morales has an upcoming court appearance on September 30 at 1:15 p.m.
