Kenosha Man Issues Citations in Lake Geneva After Hit and Run Incident

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on September 17 at about 7:50 p.m. an officer was dispatched to an accident at Highway 120 and Edwards Boulevard where a traffic light had been knocked down. The driver, 26 year old Kenosha resident, Taylor C. Fern, was issued citations for operating while under the influence, keeping open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver, and hit and run.
