Johnson Creek Closes TID 2 and 3, TID 4 in the works

According to the Village of Johnson Creek Newsletter, on Monday the village board voted to close Tax Incremental Districts 2 and 3, that were created in 1994 and 1995, respectively. Because of these closures, the village is currently in the process of creating a new Tax Incremental District, TID 4. TID 4 will include the include the former elementary school, the property on the southeast corner of Highway 26 and Country Road B, and parcels along Wright Rd. from County Road B to Menards Ln. TID 4 is expected to be officially approved at the July board meeting.
