Jefferson resident 22 year old Dylan Brown is facing charges of manufacture and delivery of LSD, manufacture and delivery of designer drugs, and manufacture and delivery of psilocin after an incident that occurred on February 11. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 21 at 2:30 p.m.
