Janesville resident 19 year old Nihthanyl J. Delaney is facing charges including battery, two counts of disorderly conduct, and 2 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on February 10. On February 11, a $1,100 bond was set and he was ordered to have no contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He has an upcoming court appearance on April 12 at 8:30 a.m.
