Janesville Police Officers Assist in Relief for Florida

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, officers Joseph Sanovich and Carmen Roche took time away from to aid in humanitarian efforts in Florida cleaning up the devastation left behind from Hurricane Ian. Officers Sanovich and Roche are members of Sheep Dog Impact Assistance (SDIA), which is a non-profit volunteer organization that among various other humanitarian efforts provides disaster relief aid. They were there for a week tarping roofs, cleaning out the insides of residences, cutting down trees, and handing out food.
