Janesville Police Need Public's Help Finding Robbery Suspect

Janesville Police are seeking the public's help with finding the suspect in a gas station robbery. According to police the suspect entered the JR Quick Mart on Midland Road, eventually he made contact with the attendant, he then made a gesture under his clothing leading the clerk to believe he was armed although no weapon was displayed. The suspect took the money from the clerk and fled with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running towards Baymont Inn. The suspect is a white male, around 24 years old, around 5’10 wearing dark grey sweatpants, white long sleeve shirt with 3 dark buttons, white tennis shoes and a white knit stocking cap.
