Janesville resident 27 year old Derek Wayne Poitra is facing charges of 1st offense OWI and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle after an incident that occurred on February 19. For these charges he has a bond amount of $1,201. Poitra has an upcoming court appearance on March 22 at 8 a.m.
