Janesville Man Facing Multiple Charges Including 2nd Offense OWI

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, on Friday at about 12:20 a.m. police officers had an encounter with an armed and intoxicated person in the 900 block of Rockport Rd. Officers were sent to a suspicious vehicle in the area, and were able to locate the vehicle and made contact with 35 year old Michael K. Hudson from the Town of Plymouth, who was in the vehicle. While one officer was in contact with Hudson at the drivers side window, a second officer standing near the passenger side window noticed Hudson attempting to conceal a handgun near the center console. As a result of this incident, Hudson was arrested on charges of 2nd offense OWI, carrying a concealed weapon, and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon.
