Janesville resident 57 year old Gregory Ferge is facing charges including 1st degree reckless injury against an elderly person, false Imprisonment of an elderly person, strangulation and suffocation of an elderly person, physical abuse of an elderly person intentionally causing bodily harm, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on October 18. On October 19, a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He must also not be within a three block radius of the victim’s address. Ferge must maintain absolute sobriety. He has a court appearance today at 3 p.m.
