Janesville resident 36 year old Jimmie Levell Nickson is facing charges including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on April 10. On April 12 a $1 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered a curfew between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless at work or traveling to and from work, and he must maintain absolute sobriety. He is not to drive, or possess drug paraphernalia. He has an upcoming court appearance on May 11 at 1 p.m.
