Janesville Man Facing Charges Including OWI Causing Injury

Janesville resident 41 year old Christopher Buol is facing charges including OWI causing injury, deviation from designated lane, meeting of vehicle on the wrong side, operating left of center, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to keep vehicle under control, and refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest after an incident that occurred on October 9. For these charges, he has a combined bond amount of $1,989.90. On October 11, he was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety at all times, and to have no contact with the victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. Buol cannot operate a motor vehicle during pendency of the case. He has an upcoming court appearance on November 8 at 10 a.m.
