Janesville Man Facing Charges Including Burglary

Janesville resident 36 year old Klifford Lee Henze is facing charges including burglary to a building or dwelling, criminal damage to property, and theft of moveable property less than or equal to $2.5 thousand after an incident that occurred on March 28. The case was officially filed this month. On June 10 a $750 bond was set and he was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. He cannot have any contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. Henze has an upcoming court appearance on June 29 at 1 p.m.
