Janesville Man Facing Charges Including 4th Offense OWI

Janesville resident 39 year old Brendan Duffy Daly is facing charges including fourth offense OWI, operating while revoked, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on July 10. On July 11, a $1 thousand bond was set and he was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and is not to drive. Daly has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
