Authorities in Rock and Dane County responded to a fatal crash in Rock County yesterday. According to the Rock County Sheriff's Office, around 4:15 Monday afternoon, officials were dispatched to the area of N Washington Road and Holland Road in Fulton Township in Rock County. A single vehicle was identified, with a single, male occupant. It appeared the truck veered off the road while travelling southbound, and hit a tree. A 39-year old male from Janesville, the truck’s sole occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Sheriff’s Office’s Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash and the driver's identity will be revealed by the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office.
