Janesville Man Charged with Three Counts of Retail Theft

Janesville resident Phillip Brian Conaway has been charged with three counts of retail theft for incidents that occurred between September 3 and October 23. On Thursday he signed a cash bond of $500. He has a court date set for November 16.
