According to the Janesville Police Department, on Friday at about 5:30 p.m. 54 year old Janesville resident Brian A. Anderson was arrested and charged with 4th offense OWI and Possession of Prescription Drugs. Initially, officers were dispatched on a trespassing complaint on Cherry St., where officers observed him driving and parking his car at the location. Anderson approached the officers and showed signs of impairment. He submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety tests and also provided an evidentiary chemical sample of his blood for testing. Anderson was later taken to Rock County Jail pending an initial appearance.
