At the Janesville City Council meeting last night, a presentation was given regarding 2023 revaluation. The last revaluation for Janesville was completed in 2019, and the 2023 revaluation is including in the city’s strategic plan. Tax impacts of the 2023 revaluation will not officially be known until November of 2023.
