Janesville resident 25 year old Brandon Beau Duncan and Beloit resident 26 year old Samantha Lynn Ibarra are facing charges including theft of movable property between $2,500-$5,000, criminal damage to property, and burglary to a building or dwelling after an incident that occurred on July 17. The case was officially filed earlier this month. On August 3, both individuals saw a bond set for $1 thousand. They were both ordered to have no contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. They also cannot contact each other, and must also maintain absolute sobriety.
