Yesterday in Jefferson County Court, 57 year old Ixonia resident Kendrick Nash appeared for his plea hearing related to 13 counts of possession of child pornography. He pleaded guilty to only one count. Four counts were dismissed but read in, and eight were completely dismissed. Nash will remain out of custody on this case until the sentencing hearing, which is scheduled for May 20 at 10:30 a.m. More information on this story will be given as it becomes available.
