According to Beloit Daily News, some in-person cases at the Rock County Courthouse can begin on March 1, and jury trials can begin again on March 15. However, a majority of hearings will still be virtual. The courthouse has been free of in-person appearances for about a year due to COVID-19. Anyone in the courthouse will be required to wear a mask, and must also answer self-screening questions before they come inside.
