Illinois Woman Facing Charge of OWI After Incident in Lake Geneva

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on September 2 at about 10:45 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Center St. at W. Main St. The driver, 39 year old Orland Park, Illinois resident Stephanie M. Murray, was issued citations for 2nd offense OWI, possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver, and operating without required lamps lighted. A passenger in the vehicle, 38 year old Orland Park, Illinois resident, Ross Alan Brady, was issued a citation for possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – passenger.
