Hayden Johnson Taylor from Capron, Illinois is facing charges in Walworth County Court of retail theft between $500 - $5000, and two counts of attempting to take moveable property after an incident that occurred at a Delavan business in October. He is to have no contact with the business anymore, and a cash bond of $1 thousand was signed. His next court appearance will be on December 10 at 3 p.m.
