Homebuyer Education Workshop Offered in Janesville and Beloit

According to an update from the City of Janesville, throughout this year the City of Janesville Neighborhood and Community Services will host a series of free Homebuyer Education Workshops. The workshops are available in a virtual format of two, four hour sessions or in person at the Hedberg Public Library or Beloit Public Library. The workshops are for those interested in the homebuying process, learning the pros and cons of homeownership, how to qualify for a mortgage, working with a real estate agent, and special first time homebuyer assistance programs available.
