At the Monday evening Fort Atkinson City Council, the Annual Stormwater Report was discussed. City Engineer, Andy Selle, discussed how the city is a permitted municipality through the Wisconsin DNR and must follow certain requirements within that permit. The requirements involve public education and outreach, as well as reports of illicit discharge into the stormwater systems.
