According to a press release, Delavan native and Clinton resident 26 year old Ellen Schutt is running for the 31st Assembly District. She previously served as an aide to Representative Amy Loudenbeck, who is now going to run for Secretary of State. Schutt states that if elected she will advocate for fiscal responsibility, safe neighborhoods, and working families.
