Elkhorn resident 39 year old David A. Conrad is facing charges including taking and driving a vehicle without consent, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, felony bail jumping, and resisting or obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on September 8. On September 9 a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He is not to contact two involved victims, and he must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any place else they are located. Conrad has an upcoming court appearance on September 23 at 2 p.m.
