Elkhorn Man Facing 5th Offense OWI

Elkhorn resident 52 year old Charles Taylor is facing charges including 5th offense OWI, operating while revoked, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, and refusing to take a test for intoxication after an incident that occurred on February 11. On February 14, a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol or enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. On February 15, his bond was modified to $6 thousand.
