Elkhorn Man Arrested in Connection to Sunday Hit and Run That Killed 70 Year Old Lake Geneva Man

According to a press release from the Elkhorn Police Department, earlier today they arrested 33 year old Bradley R. Kirkpatrick from Elkhorn for the hit and run incident that occurred on Sunday that resulted in the death of 70 year old Francisco Garcia from Lake Geneva. The investigation will be referred to the Walworth County District Attorney's Office for formal charges. More information will be given if it becomes available.
