According to a Wisconsin DOT press release, 35 year old Eric J. Serfort from Edgerton was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Deforest Post for his 5th offense OWI on Wednesday at about 10 p.m. Wisconsin State Patrol Toppers responded to a rollover crash, and upon making contact with Serfort, who was involved in the rollover crash, the Trooper observed signs of impairment.
