East Troy resident 43 year old Martin Healey is facing charges including criminal damage to property, possession of a firearm on the grounds of a school, and disorderly conduct after incidents that occurred on October 10 and 11. On October 11, a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. Healey is not to contact an involved victim, and he must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any place they are located. Additionally, he is to have no contact with St. Peter’s Congregational Church in East Troy, the Parish office of St. Peters, St. Peter’s Clothing Store, or Gerard’s Embrace. Healey cannot have any contact with any private or public school in East Troy. More information on this story will be given if it becomes available.
