E. Main Street in Watertown to Undergo Construction Today

According to an update from the City of Watertown, the city’s contractor will be placing an initial layer of asphalt on E. Main Street (between Hall Street to the STH 16 bypass) today. The work will begin after 7 a.m. and will progress throughout the day. The street will be closed to through traffic during this time but should be reopened to all traffic by the evening. The final layer of asphalt will be placed later this summer.
