Deputy Alan J. Brawders Retiring from Jefferson County Sheriff's Office

According to an update from the Jefferson County Sheriff's office, Deputy Alan J. Brawders will be retiring from the department. Brawders started his career with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office in 1995. He began his career in the Jail Division and was assigned to the Huber position after being there for 3 years. While in the jail division, he was also the Field Training Officer for 5 years, and worked on the boat patrol. In 2007, Sheriff Milbrath appointed Brawders to the Support Services Division. There, he attended special training in courtroom security, transports, and civil process procedures. In 2012 Sheriff Milbrath selected Deputy Brawders to be the full time Civil Process Server for the Sheriff’s Office.
