Delavan Woman Facing Charges Including Possession of Methamphetamine

Delavan resident 38 year old Eva Lawson is facing charges including substantial battery intending bodily harm, possession of methamphetamine, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon after an incident that occurred on June 26. On June 27, a $5 thousand bond was set and she was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. She also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. Lawson cannot contact an involved victim, and must avoid their residence/place of employment or any place they are located. She has an upcoming court appearance on August 1 at 1:15 p.m.
