In an update from the Delavan Police Department, they are warning of a scam. The police department is warning residents to not pay online bills through doxo.com. Doxo.com is not affiliated or endorsed with the City of Delavan for online bill payment, and somebody has opened an account using the City of Delavan through DOXO. Police are working on getting the link removed. The City of Delavan does use online paying services through Allpaid.com.
