Delavan resident 28 year old Daniel Lemus is facing charges including vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin after an incident that occurred on February 9. The case was officially filed yesterday. On February 9 a bond amount of $5 thousand was set, and he is not to possess or consume alcohol.
