Delavan Man Facing Charges Including False Imprisonment

Delavan resident 29 year old Brett M. Lepkowski is facing charges including false imprisonment and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on June 7. On June 8 a $2 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He also cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Lepkowski cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He also cannot contact an involved individual and he must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any other place they are located. Lepkowski has an upcoming court appearance on July 8 at 2 p.m.
