Darien Man Facing Charges Including Reckless Driving Causing Bodily Harm

Darien resident 41 year old Joshua A. Weiss is facing charges including hit and run involving injury, reckless driving causing bodily harm, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on June 7. On June 13, a $5 thousand bond was set and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. He also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He has an upcoming court appearance on June 30 at 3 p.m.
