Construction Delays In East Troy; Village Calls It a 'Conflict'

The Village of East Troy says there has been a delay to construction due to a conflict involving a cable. The village did not elaborate further only to say that they hope to have construction resumed as soon as possible. The village thanks its residents for their patience.
