City of Milton Begins Rock County Circuit Court Abatement Process for Nelson Avenue Property

At the Milton Common Council meeting last night, they voted to begin the Rock County Circuit Court Abatement Process for the property located at 926 Nelson Avenue. For the past nine years, City Staff has received numerous complaints regarding the condition of the property. These complaints include maintaining tall grass and weeds, hazardous trees, adequate weatherproofing, and an unsafe structure on the parcel.
