City of Lake Geneva Provides Update on US Highway 12 Project

In an update from the City of Lake Geneva regarding the US Highway 12 Project, stage two hot mix asphalt paving is anticipated to continue all this week. Work on Springfield Rd. will be wrapping up this week with aggregate shoulders, signs, guardrail, and pavement markings. Springfield Rd. is anticipated to re-open mid to late week.

This week, US Highway 12 will remain open in a bi-directional configuration. Eastbound and westbound US Highway 12 is reduced to one lane each direction between US Highway 50 (Lake Geneva) to County Trunk Highway NN Interchange (Elkhorn) in the bi-directional configuration. The State Trunk Highway 120 On-Ramp to westbound US Highway 12 Closure Continues; with the anticipated re-opening in mid-late July.
