City of Fort Atkinson Shares Update on Water Main Replacement

According to an update from the City of Fort Atkinson regarding the water main replacement, last week the contractor began installing new water services on Peterson Street and Spry Avenue. New water main installation began on Grant Street, and a new sanitary manhole was installed on Peterson Street. This week the contractor will continue installing new water services on Peterson Street and Spry Avenue. Residents may be notified of short water shutoffs while they are connected to the new main. Residents will receive a note on their door, usually a day in advance. The contractor will begin installing a new water main on Grove Street.
