According to an update from the City of Beloit, they are providing letters of support to local businesses seeking the State of Wisconsin’s Main Street Bounceback Grant. The deadline to apply for the grant is December 31, 2022.
The program provides $10 thousand grants to businesses moving into vacant commercial spaces of at least 400 square feet. The grant funds can be used for lease or mortgage payments, operating expenses, building repairs, tenant improvements, and other qualified expenses. Funds cannot be used on storage spaces or for residential uses.
