The City of Beloit has announced it plans to hold an open house for the Henry Avenue Reconstruction Project. The open house will be on August 18 from 4 to 6 PM at 2400 Springbrook Court. Face coverings will be required. Henry Avenue is being resurface this year from Royce Avenue to Riverside Drive and in 2023 the resurfacing will take place from Royce Avenue to Prairie Avenue when more funding becomes available. The project will run from September to November and will consist of removing and replacing the road surface as well as some sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
