Burlington resident 42 year old Santino Luciano is facing charges including felony bail jumping, battery, disorderly conduct, and theft of moveable property less than or equal to $2.5 thousand after an incident that occurred on August 22. The case was officially filed last week. On August 22, a $1.5 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and he also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition or other weapons. Luciano cannot contact an involved victim, and must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any place they are located. He has an upcoming court appearance on October 5 at 8:30 a.m.
