Burlington resident 44 year old Nicholas J. Weinkauf is facing charges including 7th offense OWI and operating while revoked after an incident that occurred on August 6. On August 8, a $15 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and he cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. He also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. Weinkauf cannot operate a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. He has an upcoming court appearance on September 23 at 1:15 p.m.
