Beloit resident 18 year old Cahleel Davontane Wicks pleaded not guilty in Rock County Court on Tuesday to charges of obstructing an officer, threat to a law enforcement officer, and three counts of felony bail jumping. These charges came after an incident that occurred November 3 and 17. A jury trial will be set.
