The City of Beloit is seeking the public’s input regarding a possible demand & response Microtransit system for local and short trips using small vehicles rather than larger traditional buses.
Currently the Stateline Area Transportation Study and Beloit Transit Services are having a study done with a goal to optimize the overall transit service. The public is being invited to two informational sessions on Monday, May 1st. The morning session will take place at the Beloit Transfer Facility at 225 Shirland Ave from 7AM to 9AM, and an afternoon session will be held at the Beloit Public Library from 4PM to 6PM on Monday.
